Why is it that homosexuality is not allowed in Islam...?

All the Abrahamic religions consider homosexuality to be an "abomination in the eyes of the Lord", not "just" a sin.

The probable reasons might be:

1. following the law of survival - The primary goal of EVERY living organism is that it seeks to reproduce its species. Since queers don't, it can be assumed that they are biologically abnormal, or defective.

2. Since they don't reproduce, the only way of continuing is to corrupt others with their perversion.

On top of that, several diseases can be passed on by anal sex, even with 2 healthy individuals. Since there was no cure in the past, many people may have died as a result of queer practices.

So, the best thing is either to cure them or exterminate them. It's safest for the whole of society !!!!

Hi, i am a muslim and i think the reason homosexuality was forbidden was basically to makesure that we survive, as that god made woman and man to procreate, thats why it is seen so wrong, two men can not have children. it just seems odd for two ppl to b together like that.

as far as im concerned ur rite sexual orientation is in the mind, but i believe it has alot to do with how we are brought up, to do with nuture. You must remember that god created everything, look around you an observe, look at wildlife..god made everything in pairs, he made man n woman to be a pair. biology, science this all points to the fact fact that it is not meant to be man with man. see it from god point of view and u will inderstand.

Procreation is seen as an important factor in life, to grow, to learn to be a good Muslim, have chidren and bring them up with the same values as you have. You are stopping this being homosexual.

If you had ever read Old Testamewnt, you would have known that God destroyed the city of homosexuals whose Prophet was Lat.

God sent two Angels as very handsome young men to kill all homosexual citizens.of Sodom and Gomarah.

They appeard in the city asking where is house of Lat. The homosexual saw them so handsome, they started following them. By the time they reached the house of Prophet Lat, they grew in number to hundreds. Lat let the Angels in his house and shut his door. The sinful people started banging the doors demanding to handover his guests to them. Prophet Lat pleaded them to marry my daughters and have them for sex which is lawfull to God and stop homosexuality but they replied, you know we have no interest in women, we want your guests.

Angeles told Prophet Lat that they are Angels of God and these men can not come near us. Then they said, tonight we will destroy this entire city and not a single person will be saved from the wrath of God for their sinful life style. You did your preaching responsibility, they never listened to you and now God has decided to kill them all. After mid night Angels told Prophet Lat to leave and keep running towards one direction they told him with your family members. If any one of you will turn and look back, that person will not be able to go with you. Lat, his wife and two daughtes kept running.

Your argument is stupid with no merit. Men do what they prefer to do and make such excuses. Muslims fear Allah's punishment and warn people not to commit such sins. It is unnatural and a worst kind of sin. If you don't believe in any religion and want to be homosexual, you are doomed to hell fire whether you believe it or not.

Homosexuality is a choice. A homosexual choses to live a life full of lust, greed, and sin. They chose to live a permiscious life filled with sex. The bible says its wrong and the Quran. Its Gods words. Its wrong, do not argue with what God says is wrong.
