I’ll do it as a team, just for fun.

    Johnny Bench

    Albert Pujols (so far)

    Joe Morgan

    Honus Wagner

    Mike Schmidt

    Stan Musial

    Willie Mays

    Henry Aaron

    Greg Maddux RHP

    Steve Carlton LHP

Randy Johnson was great, but his career is too split AL/NL to make either of my lists.

I'm going to assume you mean position players:

    Hank Aaron OF

    Willie Mays OF

    Stan Musial OF

    Clemente OF

    Johnny Bench C

    Willie McCovey 1B

    Ryne Sandburg 2B

    Mike Schmidt 3B

    Ozzie Smith SS

    Pete Rose -- where ever

Start with Mays, Aaron, Bonds and Musial. The rest may get more arguments. In my lifetime I think of McCovey, Bench, and Morgan.

Ack, I forgot pitchers. To Bob's list add Kofax and Gibson.
