The Apple/ATT Monopoly?

Is there an Anti-trust issue with Apple, creators of the iPhone, and AT&T given that if a person purchases an iPhone, they are forced contractually to do business with AT&T and required to be locked in contract terms?

It seems to be very anti-capitalistic. Why aren't attorney's suing apple and AT&T?

Update:

It seems a bit anti-consumer.

I understand where you are coming from, but I don't see it as a Monopoly. Why? Because there are dozens, if not hundreds, of other cell phone models, plans and options. One doesn't necessarily have to have an iPhone for their cell.

But, if you *really* want an iPhone but don't want that plan, get an iPod Touch. It can do everything an iPhone can except make calls and take pictures. I personally own a cheap prepaid cell but use my Touch for everything else ;)

The fact that you have the choice of 2000 other phones or several carriers is the reason its not a monopoly. You want an iphone? Accept the conditions, or choose another phone.
