i want to know about a virus in my pc?

hey all frnds out there i have a little problem if u can solved it out i am very thankful to u i hav a virus like system 32 in my both pc's what is this and how can i solved this problem. the problem is that whenever i open my pc a window open automatically shows window 32 and there are a lot of folder in there what is that who it comes and how can i resolve my problem.

In your situation, there are a few options.

1) Reformat and reinstall your Windows ( leave it as last resort )

2) Take out your hard disk and install as secondary drive in another PC that have a good anti-virus program. 
Boot up on that PC and scan your infected hard disk.

3) You can install Clamwin anti-virus.

ClamWin is a Free Antivirus for Microsoft Windows
that uses the GNU General Public License by the Free Software
Foundation and is free (as in freedom) software. 
It can detect and remove more than 400,000 viruses and trojans 

There is a portable version of ClamWin where it can be install into an USB pendrive as small as 64 MB.

First, you use another PC to download Clamwin portable anti-virus 
and install Clamwin portable on a USB thumb drive.

Start Clamwin anti-virus and update the latest anti-virus definition files.

Select the tools menu bar, set the preferences to remove virus.

When the USB pendrive is ready.

If possible, disable system restore on infected PC.

Start the infected PC in safe mode by pressing F8 during start up.

Run the Clamwin Anti-virus that is installed on the USB drive to scan the infected PC.

Scan all hard drives for viruses.

i would install the trial version of zone alarm its good for 15 days and fully usable..

it will find the virus and quarantine and delete it... 
another program i use is JVC powertools.. gets rid of all the bad crap on a computer.. i dont have virus problems on my PC

www.malwarebytes.org has saved me from reformatting 3 different machines in the past month.
