qeustion bout this girl situation and im a guy...?

hey....i been workn at this job for almost two yrs now and a new waitress has been hired and its going to be three weeks shes been workn there...the bottom line is that i liked this waitress and want to date her...i want to let her know and see if she doesnt have a boyfriend...my coworker said that his girlfriend lives with her and is friends with her. maybe she can talk and push this waitress toward my path...but i mean i want to tell her myself too....but it hard because its in a work enviroment and my boss is there where it is a small place...i know what to do from my opinion i guess...but im not sure..we take small breaks but not sure when and how to approach this early or when to about it? i need ur advice how to handle this and get my answers i need and maybe date her....so if u can give ur advice i would appreaciate that....thank u and peace out

if i were you i would talk to her during work
as a friend so the boss shouldn't care
then maybe ask her to go somewhere with you
...maybe you could get a group of her and your friends to go so she wouldn't feel pressured,
and i guess you could get your friends girl to mention something. The bottom line is you are going to have to tell her face to face at somepoint in time.
might as well be sooner than later

Try just asking her if she likes to go to the movies or where she likes to eat.  Start casual conversation.  You can get all the information you need by just talking to this girl like she is a person not a potential date.  Then go for the asking her out.

Walk up to her and ask her if she might be interested in going out with you.
How hard is that??
DO NOT write her a note as your spelling leaves a lot to be desired.
