It doesn't really sound like Herpes. Herpes outbreaks are usually accompanied with small to large blisters, itching, stinging and when the blisters break...ouch

This sounds more like genital warts.

Yes, there isn't any. Herpes is caused by a virus. Actually, there is little cure for viruses nowadays. The only thing that you can generally do in the case of a viral infection is strengthen the immune system and hope it fights it off. Not with Herpes, the immune system can't win against it. Thus you only get to treat the symptoms. Once you're infected, it stays with you for life. So don't get infected.

I've had cold sores before on my lips, I try not to kiss anyone when I have one. I am sexually active but always with girls I've built a relationship with. I've never noticed anything unusual with my partner's gentitals. But recently I have noticed about 4 or 5 tiny redish dots on my penis near the underside...
