Different dress pants/jeans sizes?
It's been a while since I've had to buy dress pants and I've gained a bit of weight so the ones I have now aren't fitting quite right. I went to several stores and tried on what seemed like a million pairs...and I have no idea why they won't fit!
I'm going by my jean size. Is there a difference in dress pants/jeans sizes?? I would assume dress pants would be the same size if not smaller because of the material..but apparently that's not the case.
Please help!
I've tried 1-2 sizes up from my reg. jeans size. If I were to get 3sizes up, I would have LOTS of excessive leg room. Could something like that be hemmed?

well...if they dont fit at that size...get the next size up...its not complicated. its probably because they are polyester dress pants and those cling in all the wrong places...go to banana republic for dress pants...my god if the dress pants from there arent so nicely comfortable yet chic looking...they have a sale rack that is uaully pretty big since they are expensive usually...and jeans tend to have spandex in them to fit more differnt types of figures...so u might actually, if u buy one that dont stretch to a body type, fit a size up in jeans...plus the jaens u are wearing now are stretched out from ur body wearing them constantly...since u gained weight u probably went up a size in well fitting non spandex jeans...oh yeah banana republic seems to me, to hide the flaws...if they dont fit get a different size...its only a number. the better they fit to ur body to better u look not the other way around...just because ur getting a higher number doesnt mean ur getting uglier lol...

All brands are sized differently. Don't worry about the size, it's not like somebody's gonna run up on you a look at the tag!

In my op ion i think of u could get pink because of the fact it seems good on u and u could get a 0/0 reason a a million/2 is almost a a million and a 0/0 is like xs i could evaluate ordering it now and return it if it dosen't in advantageous condition or seem the way u choose wish I Helped

Did you only try on one size? I don't really see the problem. Just try on a larger size....
