My experience with seafoam was excellent, i noticed a big difference immediately, but I used it in the vaccum lines, and the gas tank. I would honestly say a 10 hp difference. But it is a little scary to use because It looks like the engine is blowing itself up, alot of smoke from the exhaust. Check clips on youtube.

It works as a preventive maintenance service but it wont cure drivability issues.
