It has the domain under construction page.How can I put my own picture I have so when my website opens you see that.

First, you need to have a hosting account (not just a parked domain) as far as I know to customize the "under construction" page (depends on your domain seller/hosting plan)
Then just upload the picture onto your server (the hosting company should give you details on how to access the server through the web or ftp) and create and upload to your site an index.html page that contains a reference to the picture.
