is this a spider bite?
about 2 days ago i got up for work first thing in the morning and got in the shower, almost as soon as the water hit me i felt a burning sensation in my leg and when i looked down i saw a small swelling that looked like a mosquito bite, and it was red around it. we have a lot of those in our back yard, so i thought nothing of it, it didn't even hurt again, at all. tonight i was in the bathroom and noticed that i had a blister on my leg in that same spot... now i'm terriffied.
the blister is about the size of the eraser on a pencil... it's not discolored or anything, but i'm scared, i was going to pop it, but i'm scared. it doesn't hurt either, what should i do? i live in MD i don't think there are any poisonous spiders here... can someone help me?
i still don't have any swelling or discoloration around the blister, it hasn't changed in size. i never saw what bit me so i don't know what it looks like. Also, please don't send me pictures of spiders, ironically i'm arachnophobic.

Usually most spider bites do resemble a blister and usually turns red in about a two inch diameter around the bite. Usually it will come to a head of puss that sorta looks like a pimple.
If it's a venomous spider this will happen very quickly and you will see a lot of swelling and black and blue and just a lot of weird stuff going on.
I'm not an expert of any kind but just my personal experience with spider bites.
I think in MD you have Recluse and Widow spiders and they are both venomous, and it would probably be hurting and swollen by now.
Non venomous spider bite may look like this. http://162.129.70.33/images/bed_bug_bite_1_060529....
