ive heard of them and i see people with them.
but what are they?

Phiten necklaces, which have become a huge favourite of baseball players, are made with titanium inside of the soft plastic shells. They supposedly relieve stiff muscle pain, especially in the neck and shoulders. However, I think MLB'ers are more into the fashion statement aspect. The company is based in Japan, however, they have started an operation in the States called Phiten USA.

they have titanium in them and regulate blood flow and relaxes muscles. There mostly used by pitchers but some position players use them too
