Can someone place this accent from Band Of Brothers?
In the first episode, Malarkey has an encounter with a British solder dressed in a German uniform to familiarize the troops with the look of the enemy. When this fellow speaks he has a particular regional English accent which is very pronounced and makes him virtually incomprehensible. Can anyone tell me what sort of accent this is and, for that matter, what is he actually saying? I can't make it out to save my life.
