Be careful with diet pills--I've had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it's been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! I've lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills.

First of all, you should listen to Randy B, that was really good advice!
But, if you're really looking to use diet pills, then no, those two don't work at all. My personal trainer recommended Hoodia. He told me that it was the only diet pill that Oprah herself endorsed, as well as was on 60 minutes and bbc news. Here's a site that I found gives honest reviews: http://diet-pills-exposed.info/ they also have Hoodia at number 1.
My stats are: 17 year old, 5'4, used to be 155 and when I started using Hoodia this past Spring, by mid summer i was 135, and then I started exercising on my own and dropped another 15, I'm at 120 now and at 8.8% body fat. Exercising is key, as is dropping fatty/sugary foods completely. But if you do want something here's where I got mine: http://thehoodiastore.com/ I go there because there are too many fakes out there. Thats the same site recommended by the review site, so you know it's legit. You can lookup Hoodia and see that it was also on USA today and MSNBC, etc. Hope that helps.

Diet pills in the past have become adictive They can cause heart problems. the newer ones can cause diarrear. In the long run they tend not to work. A friend of mine lost about 15 stone then stopped taking them put loads of weight back on and is now back on them. I have tried all the pills over 30 years and they did not help me at all

Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com
Good luck and stay focused = )

Honestly, I would save my money with diet pills if I were you. Dozens of diet pills and fat burners have been proven to have little or no significant effect on metabolizing and burning body fat. The best and fastest way to lose overall fat % on your body is to just have a healthy diet and exercise regularly. If you are trying to lose weight, do more cardio than weightlifting and vice versa. Hope this helped!

99% of diet pills just help you shed water. If you want to lose weight you know what you have to do. Eat right and exercise, forget the quick fix gimmicks they just don't work, you get what you put in.So save your money and get your butt off the couch, It's time.!
