you know like put there lip up and stick there head high?

They are trying to get a better smell of something usually. Can't think what it's called right now. Usually done by stallions smelling a mare in heat.

i used to have a horse and he did that when he wanted attention or he was hungry:) but it might be different for yours :)

In male horses It often mean that he want sex and he do it more when seeing female horse

it doesnt mean they wanna have sex.
it means they love you or like you cause i went to a rescue farm to help out and the horse showed his teeth i asked what hesdoin they said that he likes you.
but if your mean or people around you have been me to it
then it doesnt want to be touched.
