1990 300zx N/A Top Speed?
I bought me a 1990 300zx non turbo 2 seater with 70000 miles about a month ago and since i just turned 15 in july i wont be able to legally drive it. now dont get me wrong I drive it all the time but avoid all major roads and drive on the backroads where i have topped out at about 75-80 mph. my question is just out of curiosity is what would a good guess at the top speed? like i said everything was babied like crazy and it is just like a new car. i would like to find out -
1. top speed stock
2. top speed with speed limiter removed

Must be nice to own one at 15. I didn't get mine until I was 30. Any way the model you have is rated at 222 hp (stock). I've seen N/A pushed to 400hp but doing that engine will be short lived. I have a 93 TT 2+2 conversion. (N/A with turbo engine swap). I only pushing 500 hp because it's too expensive to push it any further. I have 15k invested in upgrades and finally had to pull the plug and just enjoy what I have. If you want some more good info, and some do it yourself tips and fixes...go to www.twinturbo.net.
