What would happen if you redlined a car three times when in first gear?

for everyone who knows things about cars-

a 91' or 93' celica (manual, obviously) - after taking off in 1st gear, you redline 3 times, what would happen? would that be responsible for killing a car?

Update:

cause about a half an hour later, the car died in the middle of the street and there was a bunch of smoke comming from the hood, and it will start for a few seconds, then the engine rattles and dies lol

    I regularly bounced my old WRX off the rev limiter and the car ran fine for 110,000 miles. You'll be fine.
