Girls, how did you get a boyfriend?

its okay to feel awkward at first, im a pretty confident guy and i still feel a little awkward when i talk to a girl i like. if hes a good guy like u said he is he will probably try to make conversation easy for u. as long as your sweet, honest, and respectful its just a matter of time before u warm up to him. talk to him a little the first day and if he wants to talk more, talk more. id try to chat with him a little everyday until u start feeling more comfortable around him. believe me at your age just about everyone feels a little to moderately awkward around their crush its only normal. id go into feeling awkward with the attitude that im not gonna let that stop me. if he feels uncomfortable because u are shy i would say never give up. if your feelings are true and he turns out to be the one for u it wont matter if u are shy. good luck

it's not weird to not have had a boyfriend yet, but if you like the guy you are talking about then this is what i would do:

1. if you have a myspace or a facebook or something, ask him if he has one and then tell him that y'all should talk on there.

or

2. see if he has lunch with you and then ask if he would like to eat with you.

just talk to him. have confidence..thats one thing guys love about a girl. be yourself and put yourself out their...join some school clubs...go to some games on friday night or something
