Where to find replacement parts for Sony CyberShot?

I'm in need of a replacement lens/shutter for my camera. It's a CyberShot DSC P100. I got the camera for free and disassembled and found the lens mechnism to be physically broke. I figured if I could find a lens I got a decent camera for next to nothing.

    look i just want to say the sony guys they are expensive as i experienced cuz i had the same problem but because of the cost of parts i bought the new one try ebay but still expensive
