Ideas for a great Spanish Tapas dinner?

My normal dinning table is 'in bits' .... i'm a DIY gal. So I thought doing Tapas for a dinner to eat at the coffee table would be a great idea.

    Here's my vote:

    1. Mini tacos

    2. Mini tamales

    3. Polenta circles topped with green chili's ad cheese

    4. Braised shredded pork butt with salsa verde on tortillas

    5. Individual nachos with jalapenos, ground beef or spicy chicken, sour cream etc.

    6. Chili in shot glasses with shredded cheddar, chopped onions

    7. Corn cakes with avocado creme fraiche

    8. Salsa and chips

    9. Tequilla Prawns

    10. Spinach enchiladas in wonton wrappers

Fussy eaters over for Paella. Why don't you cancel on them and invite me over instead? I like spicy and lots of vegetables... I guess this rules out gazpacho, which would be perfect. Paella is filling, so I would say a salad, but I guess not. I think for picky guests, I would do a tray of cheeses (some Spanihs, if you can get them), and maybe some meat, like salami, prosciutto, or, some type of Spanish ham (Serrano/Iberico), if that's available where you are. Some crackers--plain, of course.
