who do you think this is fair?
me and this girl madison are fighting and our guidece counselor says that if say or do anything to her then i have a note home that has to get signed, and if my friend jocelyn says or does anything then she gets a writing assignment about bullying. now i havent said anything to her but she s been sayin stuff to me and to other people, and ive tried to tell our counseler but every time ive tried to tell him he says he doesnt want to hear it. i dont think thats fair, do you?

It doesn't seem fair to me, but I only know a little bit of the story. Why are you fighting in the first place? If it's for something stupid, then I'd guess that it'd be unfair. But were you the one who started the fight? From where I'm sitting, I have to agree with you, but that's only because I'm seeing it through your views.
I see....Then I have to say yeah, your counselor's being unfair.
