help! i need some answers?

I've had this pain it started on my right side just under my ribs but its also on my back i've had it for two weeks now it comes and goes. Last night the pain was so bad I couldn't sleep but it felt like a big pressure that my chest was hurting and the pain on my side was so bad my back felt as if someone had kicked me or something. Now my side just feels real sore and tense but theres still a little pain. Has anyone ever had this? or does anyone know what it could be?

Should i go to the hospital or just a doctor?
