why cant i connect to the internet? my computer says sbolexp.dll has been removed?

DO NOT REINSTALL sbolexp.dll, just did a quick search and it appears to be spyware. You may have a spyware app that needs that file and since its gone, its asking for it.

As to you internet connection, cant help you, not enough information.

Try to repair ur winsows. do like this Insrt Window CD - Boot fromm CD and u can find one option repair ur computer. try this. one file corrupted when u make repair it will only overwrite Windows folder only like installing windows. dont't worry
