easy to play guitar songs?

Question

ok so i have been playing guitar for a long time with my school 
but i never really got around to playing any real songs
and im not very good at learning them 

so do you know any easy to play songs for the guitar
preferably in standard tuning
i just need the names i can get the tabs!

Minority by Green Day. It looks tricky but once you get it down it is very fun and easy to play.

More than a Feeling, and Peace of Mind by Boston are also easy but amazing songs.

i started playing in the summer and i can play American Pie (don mclean0 pretty well now, there's also Accidentally In Love (counting crows), Here Comes the Sun (beatles), Behind Blue Eyes(the who) and Push (matchbox 20). good luck!
