    Here are you choices:

    Shuffle

    Nano

    Classic

    or

    Touch

If you want the cheapest Ipod [$49] and wont have more than 500 songs, then get the Shuffle.

If you think you are going to have a LOT of things on your Ipod.. [With 120GB of storage, iPod classic can hold up to 30,000 songs, 150 hours of video, or 25,000 photos] For $250, get the Classic.

If you want something that is easy to carry, has lots of different colors [ it is the newest ipod] has 8 to 16 gb, and from $149-200, get the Nano.

Lastly, if you want a Ipod that has just about everything on it, from the Internet to the the biggest display, you can get. Millions of songs. Thousands of movies. Hundreds of games. The new iPod touch. Its amazing for, $399

i think the classic ipod (which is called an 'ipod' or 'ipod classic' has most memory, or the ipod touch (this lets you go on the internet).

But there is a new iPod nano coming out soon, maybe you could look into that too :D
