Police brutality at ECU Football game!?

If you seen the ESPN video at ECU this past week with a student being beaten by the police share your reaction. Justified? Just another reason police should go through heavy psychological testing before entering a position with such power? I wanna know, share your thoughts.

I watched the video and saw the police officer practically body slam the student or whoever it was and it was definitely overboard. Now don't get me wrong as the police have very difficult and sometimes stressful jobs containing people who can be unruly, drunk, loudmouthed etc. Still the officer should be restrained when handling people or crowds. Unnecessary force is never a good thing and the officers should always act in a just and professional manner at all times.

This is one of the worst trends in the country, these cops are supposed to serve and protect. This is not a police state and things that all kids went through such as well, acting like kids because thats what being a kid is about, have become criminal activity. America is suppoed to be a free country.

Is anyone out there holding the student responsible for his own actions?
