Allying in the tribal stage of spore?
Every time I attempt to ally with a tribe, I can only score a six or seven. What am I doing wrong? So far I only have maracas and digeridoos.

All you have to remember is, that you have to hit the instrument button immediately when you are required to. Then, you have to make sure you have practically all but one or two members of your tribe playing instruments to assist in the song. Don't forget about your chief's powers as they can help ally with tribes that openly attack you.
