Vista 32 vs. 64 bit for my computer build?

I am building my own computer, and I am stuck between these two operating systems.

I play games, I'll have 4GB of RAM in the computer, etc.

All the hardware I'm getting is from newegg, none of it says "64 bit" compatible anywhere.

I really don't want to have to deal with extra complications while building, this is my first build.

So which should I buy? I'll get 64, but I really, really don't want issues.

Also, how much RAM does vista 32 ACTUALLY support? I've heard everywhere from 2.8GB to 4GB is recognized!

Question 1) The only thing that needs to be 64bit compatible is the processor and all processors now are 64 bit capable.

Q2) I'm using 64 bit Vista right now and I have had no problems.

Q3) 32 bit supports 4GB Max;' however, that does not mean that it can use all 4GB. Of that 4GB memory space, some space is used my video memory and some other things which I don't know. You might be able to use about 3.4GB depending on you're configurations.

If you were to go SLI with two 512MB graphics cards, you're usable RAM would go down to ~2.8GB.

the 32 bit supports up to like 8 gigs or something, I would say just go with 32 bit, but I've never had problems with my 64 bit OS, its just a matter of software, you need to find out if it supports the 64 bit, if you go with it...
