hi, i dont know if what i bought is the same.i got a set that has a mouth guard, with a pen thing that you rub over the teeth, then squeeze this gel into the guard.then u pop it into ur mouth.it also comes with whitening tooth paste.i found that it didnt really do any thing,at first i convinced myself it had but then i realised that there was no change.as soon as i stopped using it my teeth went back to normal.it is one of those things that you have to use all the time. i think whitening toth paste will do just as good. i like hollywood whitening paste. i recently have invested in going through the dentist to get them whiter. i know it is expensive but i thought if i have it permantly done then all i have to do is top it up with paste.now i have the properly molded guard i acn get the whitening bleach else where if i ever do feel i want them retouched. the only thing is my teeth were sensitive whilst doing the treatment.

you can only but try these gimmics out but in the end i think the only way to do it is by paying the odds to get the result you want and do it safely.

Ive been reading up on this for a while as I wanted to try and whiten my teeth. However, they will only take the teeth back to its naural colour. So if they were not 'perfectly white' they wont go back to that. Unless you have it done professionally. But, still upto 3 shades whiter (gets rid of smoke/coffee stains) is well worth a go =)
