Be careful.
Tons of people doing it doesn't mean you have rights to do so...
The intellectual property of the game belong to the developer and/or publisher of the game. If you record and you their footage, they DO have rights to sue you. They usually don't because you're giving them free online visibility, but if you complain about the game and compromise their image, they might decide to sue you...
Same thing applies to movies footage and music you may want to play in background of your personal videos!

I like video games but I'm a guy so its pretty normal... now I like a girl that can hold her own in video games... as look as it's not all they do and they aren't super geeky lol.... People probably think your just trying to be fake when your really just being yourself. But no their is nothing wrong with girls playing video games. It's awesome.

As long as the game is Live and not a beta or closed test game you are fine. I repeat...as long it is not a game that is in testing, i.e. WoTLK Beta or CoD5: WaW Beta, etc. then you are fine...thousands of people do it already.

As far as I know it is legal. It is only illegal if you are selling the video you are planning to make.
