well i hav this friend ryt and hes done Java, J2EE and SAP. hes been trying to get a job for a while now but is struggling to. Most companies require experience and has went for many interviews but no result. how does he get into it?

He needs to develop a portfolio of what he can do, actually build things! Then demonstrate it to possible employers through either distributing a disc with his resume or hosting it somewhere for them to view and linking to it from his online resume. Keep working at it!
