i was talking too my bf online and he asked me too marry him but then when i asked if he was serious he told me i had too figure that out my self . and then when i told him too ask me that when he sees me in person he said he will when the times right . we been together 4 months so what is the deal ?

Online is not the right place.  Neither is the phone.  He needs to ask you in person and on his knee.  He sounds a little immature.  If you can hold him off for a while you should.

Only been together for 4 months....wow...please wait...you don't even know each other well enough to be making plans like that.

He may of just wanted to see what you would say.  Give it some more time...I would just let it ride out and see what happens.  Don't jump to soon, so many end up in divorce.
