How Do I change My Question Status to Resolved?
I checked FAQ and it says if I choose a best answer then my question will change to resolved. Is there a time delay because I chose a best answer but the only thing that changed was voting bars popping up to show me how many votes each answer got.

You waited too long to choose a best answer. Your other question is "in voting" mode, and you will have to wait until the time is up, 22 hours as of now, but the votes are tied, so it will go on until there is a tiebreaker if no one else votes on it.

Once you have waited 4 hours
you can choose the best answer
by clicking on the blue button
choose as best answer
After this is done rate 1 - 5 write a comment of appreciation
press okay
After doing all this
your open question is now closed
from anymore answers
in other words it is resolved question.

Once you have chosen a best answer, go back to your question and you will see the best answer that you chose appear directly underneath your question.
Voting for a best answer to your question is the only way you can change your question status to "resolved". Also, if the community votes which is the best answer, this will also change the status to "resolved".
