A QUESTION ABOUT NANCY PELOSI?
Can anyone tell me one thing Nancy Pelosi has told the truth about since she took over as house speaker? She accused the Republicans of being the " do nothing congress " when they held the majority position, and promised to change it. But since the Democrats and Mrs. Pelosi have taken over, they have led us all to a new "zero", in terms of getting anything done, falsifying accomplishments and even lying about legislation that she said was in the works, when she hadn't even appointed committees to draft them. What has she done in the interest of all of us, the american people she's supposed to represent?

Hey, she has very important things to do! Like go on camera to express her concerns over Bush. And she also had to do a lot of guest appearances outside of Washington to promote her book.
Seriously, I can't stand her, and I'm very disappointed in the Democratic majority. They promised to get things done, and have done very little. What's particularly galling is that they have refrained from doing some things because they "knew" they would fail -- well hell, the least they could have done is TRY, for God's sake.
These namby-pamby do-nothing politicians fiddle around with their little mediocre efforts, while the country is crumbling and people continue dying in Iraq for absolutely no good reason.
I can't believe we haven't had a revolution yet. Then again, a revolution would likely interrupt broadcasts of "American Idol" and various sports, and we simply can't have that!

She's done a lot for us like.....uh......er......uhhh....she just led them to pass an oil drilling bill. Of course they can only drill where there's no oil but she's claiming to free us from dependence on foreign oil
