can't find the name of a song...?

i work at sears and there was this song playing, it sounded like dido or maybe enya's voice, and it was sort of techno club-type music

the only line i remember is "all i want is to feel the wind again"

and then this part where she says "let me ___" (something) and she extends the last word for a while

i know that's super vague, but any help would be much appreciated
