Lost my Verizon cell phone, have insurance, but not gonna use it?
I lost my cell phone, and after 2 weeks, I feel I'm beating a dead horse.
SO,
I have my old RAZR, that I hate, and my mom wants it, and I'll take her phone. (LG VX8350)
I've switched phone numbers from phone to phone before, so I'm just going to do that again.
So what I'm asking is: I lost my VENUS, so I'm going to take my mom's phone (VX8350), and she's going to take my RAZR.
Question: Do I still have to report my phone lost?
Sorry if it's confusing, please ask if any clarification is needed.

you technically don't have to report it lost/stolen. but you should so that if someone tries to activate it, they won't be able to. and if they are at a store trying to activate it and it comes up lost/stolen, verizon will take it from them and contact you.
i think i understood your question... email me if you need more help!

YOU CAN BUT IT IS ALOT MORE EXPENSIVE. YOU CAN TRY EBAY, JUST BE CAREFUL YOU DON'T GET A PHONE THAT WAS STOLEN OR ANYTHING BUT YES YOU CAN ACTIVATE ANOTHER PHGONE ON THE SAME LINE
