What can i do for privacy on our deck?

My wife and I have a problem with a neighbor who lives across the road that constantly watches us and what we are doing while smoking cigarettes in her yard. I need to know what websites will help me get some ideas for lattice work or something that will give us some privacy. Any suggestions. Can't do the privacy fence thing.

use something like this...spaced out from each other about the same width as they are....

grow plants up the trellis... then, across the tops, of them, put a curtain rod and hang billowy gauze curtains there, just gathered on the rod or on rings.... ending up with something like this, but with the curtain in strategic places....

You are probably tired of looking through stacks and stacks of projects on woodworking in magazines and books of all kinds for some instructions on how to do a certain project. Here is a site which offers 16000 plans https://tr.im/ubCBt

How would you like to have woodworking plans (actually thousands of them) available to you anytime you wanted them. It would be so easy when you do not have to paw through all kinds of old magazines but have it right there at your fingertips.

Build a frame that will support one of those roll up bamboo curtains. They come in a large variety of widths. This is what I did on my patio.
