the best you can do is either do power cycling(turning on and off both you PC and modem) or you can also optimize your browser. it means that you need to delete your cookies and temporary internet files stored in your browser like IE. or better yet enable and disable you firewall and anti-virus tools.

appears like the two your computer's community card is fried, your computer is renewing it particularly is IP too often, or your router isn't assigning IPs suitable. If it is your community card, you need to purchase a sparkling one, or in simple terms get a sparkling computer. As for the different 2, i've got no techniques aside from getting a sparkling router or computer.
