When I play, I have some pain in the place beneath my middle finger (forearm), so is the grip small or large?

that may mean that your grip is to small. try putting an over-grip on it to see if it helps. you can buy them at ***** sporting goods for pretty cheap. its worth the try right? good luck.

Its hard to say but choosing the right grip is the most imported part when buying & using a tennis racket. I suggest if you can to try & use different sized grips to see what feels the best & wont cause any pain. That should give you a guide as to which sized grip you should use.

    Cheers !

At a ironmongery keep, get the longest, greatest diameter bolts (or products of threaded rod) which you will, alongside with 2 nuts for each. prepare manually working the nuts all the way down the threads, and back, a dozen situations in a row, as rapid as you may. Builds muscle, whilst increasing finger independence and dexterity. great bridge bolts and washers make accessible 2 to 5 pound kit for this, and double as weights for wrist curls, too.
