that may mean that your grip is to small. try putting an over-grip on it to see if it helps. you can buy them at ***** sporting goods for pretty cheap. its worth the try right? good luck.

Its hard to say but choosing the right grip is the most imported part when buying & using a tennis racket. I suggest if you can to try & use different sized grips to see what feels the best & wont cause any pain. That should give you a guide as to which sized grip you should use.

At a ironmongery keep, get the longest, greatest diameter bolts (or products of threaded rod) which you will, alongside with 2 nuts for each. prepare manually working the nuts all the way down the threads, and back, a dozen situations in a row, as rapid as you may. Builds muscle, whilst increasing finger independence and dexterity. great bridge bolts and washers make accessible 2 to 5 pound kit for this, and double as weights for wrist curls, too.
