Excel Spreadsheets-How do you.....?

I creating a spread sheet of more than 150 contact...I need to know how I can get the first header row to follow me the further down I go...It is hard for me to enter the info without seeing what column I need.

    Highlight the row(s) and column(s) that you wish to follow you (header), then click on the View tab...now click on Freeze Panes. That should do it for you. If you make a mistake to change your mind, just go back to View and click on UnFreeze panes.

    You need to freeze the pane. Click the number below the row or the letter to the right of the colum you want to freeze. Then click "window" in the menu and click "freeze panes". I hope this was what you are talking about.
