He can make demands, just as God can. Whether or not you choose to follow them is up to you. We are not robots, but have free will. The catch is you have to answer for your decisions. There are consequences to what we choose.

It isn't that Jesus has to "dare". It's the people whom He created who live on the planet that He made who breathe the air and drink the water and eat the food that He provides who have to dare to disobey the Almighty Creator.
Colossians 1:15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.
Philippians 2:9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

God the Father has placed all things under Jesus' feet.
Yes, Jesus has the right to make demands on the whole world; everyone and everything in it.

NO.. he only made demands on the Israelites
Once, when Jesus sent his disciples out, he advised them, "Do not go among the Gentiles, or enter any town of the Samaritans. Go rather to the lost sheep of Israel" (Matthew 10:5-6). In another place we find Jesus said to a woman of Canaan, "I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel" (Matthew 15:24).

I feel Jesus is all love and laughter, not this drama of evilness... We just didn't get it...then religions were made, "in the name of the Trinity" and then leaders through power got corrupted and then people started interpreting the Bible as they pleased...
...humanity - the ones in quest for greed or power, is kind of a lost case... only humility helps one gain wisdom. Jesus loves and wants us to love as a child, but not as chucky the killer mini twinky, lol, but as innocence and laughter, pureness in intention...
