How to Get Muscle Fast ?

what can i use to make muscle come faster and easier, this question is mainly for people who are actually built and pumped up. Iv heard of Protien Milkshakes or tablets etc. What do people recomend?

    I think the only way to build muscle fast is to take steroids...What steroids do is increase your testosterone to make your workouts more intense.

    If you want to do it legitimately...Eat lots of protein and do alot of resistance training. You'll bulk up in no time.

    You can't get muscle "fast". How fast you gain muscle all depends on your intensity, diet, and genetics.

    You would be better off eating CLEAN whole foods, Protein shakes are fine, but they are really only necessary for post workout nutrition and maybe an hour before your workout. You need to find out what your maintenece levels are for your caloric intake and add 500 calories of clean food, turkey, almonds, tuna, chicken etc.

    Most people that don't gain muscle when they workout are usually not eating enough.

    dont work same muscle every day

    it takes 48 hours to have muscles reheal from previous workouts

    work out chest one day with lots of reps and not so much weight

    like 20-30 reps untill failure

    abs everyday because they heal fast

    5 sets of 25 crunches everyday except for one

    you actually gain muscle when you are resting after you work out, so work out a lot on a regular basis and then have intervals of just cooling down.

    work out. run for 30 minutes everyday to get good defined muscle. your probably going to hate my answer for not relating to your quest but what the hell.

    eat lots of proten foods such as meats, eggs, beans, etc. and eat it before you work out. or you can get one of those bottles of proten from like GNC or something adn mix it with your water before you work out. and when you work out do alot of different stuff, but do alot. and do it every day. push yourself, dont give up. and get a nice diet.

    stay away from roids.

    creatine works, its not technically a steroid.
