Yep, I have. Most insurance companies are vigorously regulated so if your claim is genuine that can't turn it down. Contacting your GP is the only surefire way to find out any details of your medical history. Nothing to hide then nothing to fear..

I've claimed on payment protection insurance in the past without a problem. With the amount of people who make false claims, you can't expect them not to demand proof before they pay out
