lose weight! homecoming in one week! HELP?
Hi guys :]
well, homecoming is in one week!
i have just tried my dress on for the first time in one month.
it is SO tight.
it still fits, but i can barely breathe! :[
any super fast tips on how i can lose some inches off my body ASAP!?
i have one week!

eat salad all week with a small piece of chicken and if you get hungry eat some fruit and drink water

It's hard to lose weight in one week, healthily. Whatever you do to lose the weight, it will come back worse when you revert back to your original eating habits. But if you want to lose weight, I guess you should make your eating portions smaller and more scheduled. For example, eat 5 meals today and make it so that you don't eat past 9pm. Sometimes when you eat after 9pm you gain more weight because you're not active at all when you sleep.
Also, do not cut back so much that you starve yourself, because what will happen is you can potentially lose the weight but once it comes back, the weight, it will double what you lost. So I would eat healthier, and not eat junk food, drink milk, orange juice, apples, wheat bread, NOT CELERY, that is bad. I think that is better to eat, eat more fruits and vegetables and less junk food and fatty foods.
No offense, you won't be able to lose a lot of weight in one week. Unless you just want to lose a pound to fit in your dress. It's hard to lose weight when you do radical diets.

its super hard at first but give up all your starbux, jamba juice, etc. and as far as drinks only water or skim milk. No fried foods. =)
OH and super helpful is do not eat after you eat dinner.
(like no late night snacks)
and eat a good breakfast ugg so cliche but true haha
