What am I going to do to increase my IQ?

what am I going to do to increase/to improve my IQ??? just a simple thing that the ordinary people can do.please help me thank you

    IQ is inherent at birth. It cannot be change but can be improve in order to reach the highest limit of what you get in a certain level. for example if an average IQ is 90-109, reading books, watching educational show, answering brain teasers etc, can help you reach the maximum of 109 provided your IQ is average.
