Can you upload windows movie maker to your computer if it didn't come with it, if so can you tell me where I do that at?

You can't. An application in windows not just the icon in your start menu. THere is a bunch of .dll files in it's directory or possibly in c:\windows\.... directory. Not to mention that some Registry settings for that program are also needed.
That other pc should install the same application.

If you have XP then you can download from here:

If you have Vista then you can download from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/DownLoads/details.aspx?fa...
If you have a MAC then you won't be able to download it.
It is the official Microsoft site, so no spyware or adware should be detected within the downloads.
