any tips for dating nerves?

ok so the guy i was asking about before...i asked him out to the cinema-we went today-as friends,then we went for coffee after. He had walked to the cinema and I had driven, so I gave him a lift home. When I pulled up outside his house he was just sitting there in the car, staring into space for a minute and i was wondering what was going on then he was like so...next time we go out,do you want to go out just like we have today...or do you want to go an an erm.....erm....erm....(me waiting for him to spit it out!)...date? I knew what he was going to say and I said yes. I've known him for about a year as a friend and really like him but I'm still nervous! I think it's partly because he's 8 years older than me (I'm 21, he's 29) and therefore a lot more experienced dating wise. Any tips to stop me being so nervous?

be your selve and act as if you have done before, not because you officially are in a date makes that much difference, it is not like u just getting to know each other, good luck, and any nerves left it might be good, make time interesting.

Just be yourself! Not sure if you are a male or female but if you are a guy be a gentleman, hold the door for her and comment on her outfit. If your a girl, well you got the easy part lol. Just try to keep the convi going, noone likes awkward silence. Good luck!
