CALLING ALL JACK RUSSELL OWNERS!!!!?

My friend's Jack russel seems to hold her front paw and back paw (on the same side) she said its like the dog is having cramp..

She is 6-7 years old and I dont know how old she was when she started.

But can someone help please.

    got a J R about 10 years old he does silly things with his legs when he is excited (going out or being fed or just when you get home) but if appears to be painful all you can do is go to the vets hope shes ok x
