Physics! HELP! Electrostatistics...?

When two initially neutral objects that are equally sized touch what happens to the net charge?

And what happens if one of them is twice the size of the other?

And why?

Please please help! And I don't want answers like "You should pay attention in class!" We're supposed to use critical thinking. But I'm not a very critical person so....

Think about it, they are neutral. What does neutral mean? If something is neutral what does that say about the charge balance. What does it say about the net charge then? Does size affect these things?

I hope that helps but that is all your getting. Due to the way you asked the question

Poets critically evaluate the composition of poems, basketball players critically evaluate games, ... Saying im not a very critical person is just an excuse to be lazy. You learn critical evaluation in all fields by practice in a specific field.

Sorry this sounds like what you don't want to hear. Then again if you want to avoid that then ask personal questions not your homework.
