When i click on the link to try and fix the problem it doesn't help me because they information is not there on how to fix it.
Can any one help me with my problem ?
I tried the link and i didn't work because i have Windows Vista and the link was for Windows 2000 and Windows XP

Precious: Go to the link below and download a driver fix. This should solve your problem. You can also try unstalling drag to disk, this may help. Your version of Roxio may just not be compatiable with Vista.
