Bad English weather is causing spots.?
I cleanse everyday. I moisturise everyday, My skin is smooth and it never gets dry, but its not oily either, I think its normal.
I'm sure the weather causes my spots, because I never get them when we have nice sunny warm weather.
Is there anything I can do about it.

It unusual for cold weather to cause spots, in the hot, sunny weather it could be a possible answer as you're sweating, clogging the pores, nice - huh?!
If the spots are really bad, you can go to your doctor for some strong acne cream, or you can use over-the-counter stuff, such as Freederm.
Personally, I suffered from acne and tried just about every product on the market, when I went to the doctors, I was prescribed a cream and the spots went away within 3 days and never came back.

yes that's normail. the simple reason is that when its summery the sun is out more and dries up more of the oils in your skin than when it's cold. less oil means less clohgged pores means less spots. you will also find you are more vulnerable to cysts (spots under the skin) in the cold weather.

you could ask your doctor for either tablets or cream that you could use to help. the contraceptive pill helps also.
